Refund policy

Refunds:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return. You must notify us of your intent to return the item by email (through our Contact Page). Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with original mat board, certificate of authenticity (for originals & limited edition prints), and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We require that you ship the item back to us within three (3) days after notifying us of your intent to return the item. We are not responsible for any accidents or damages affecting the return shipment during its transit to us. For this reason, we recommend shipping returned original artworks with insurance. 


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item or packaging is damaged or if you received the wrong item in your order.

If the packaging appears to be seriously damaged, take photos before unpacking the items. Then proceed to take photographs of the damaged items or artwork. Keep the original packaging. 

Please note that minor imperfections or blemishes are considered intrinsic properties of any original work of art and are not considered damages or grounds for a refund. Every effort is made to ensure that the digital images used on this site are an accurate representation of the actual item. Due to differences in lighting conditions at the time photographs were taken or individual computer screen settings and resolutions, there might be slight discrepancies. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund details:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

You will be refunded the full purchase price, minus the shipping fees and any customs fees that might apply for orders outside of the USA.
