Shipping policy

Shipping:

Original artwork, limited edition prints & posters will ship out within 1 to 2 business days.

Merchandise like tote bags, phone cases & journals will ship out within 3 - 4 business days.

Original artwork & limited edition prints are produced and carefully packaged by the artist.

  • Original Artworks are protected by a double-layered, high quality, acid-free Crescent® brand mat board (4-ply, approximately .050” thick, with a beveled cut window opening). The matboard has a white top layer with a visible black layer underneath. It will fit an 11 x 14 frame (frame not included). It is further stabilized & protected with a standard white backing board & clear protective bag. This final package gets mailed in a stabilizing cardboard envelope for further protection. 
  • Limited Edition Prints are protected by a double-layered, high quality, acid-free Crescent® brand mat board (4-ply, approximately .050” thick, with a beveled cut window opening). Posters & merchandise are printed on demand and fulfilled by a third party supplier. Print on demand items are produced and packaged appropriately by the printer and shipped directly to you. 

Liability:

All orders ship with delivery confirmation. If the order is shown as delivered we assume that it has been delivered unless the buyer emails us to state otherwise. There will be no refunds or exchanges for items claimed to be undelivered after seven (7) days of our delivery confirmation. Once a shipping label has been created liability shifts to the shipping company. If any damages occur or the package gets lost we will file a claim. We will offer a refund or resend the item depending on your preference and item availability, as soon as the claim has been approved. Original artworks are only eligible for refunds since these are one of a kind. 

We are not responsible for items that were not delivered due to wrong addresses provided. Once your order has been placed we can't change the address through our 3rd party providers. Please confirm you have the correct address prior to placing an order. In order to reship there will be a secondary shipping charge for all orders that were shipped to an incorrect address or returned to me as undeliverable.

Customs & Import Taxes: 

For purchases outside of the USA, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that their country might require. When a package ships outside the USA, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (for instance, handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. 

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

Shipping & Handling Disclaimer: 

All original and limited edition prints are fragile and can easily be damaged if handled carelessly. Great care should be taken when handling and removing it from shipping material. We can not be held responsible in any way for damage that occurs when removing the original or limited edition prints from packaging, handling it, or transporting it.
